Understanding how gender inequality may affect children’s health: An empirical study across 161 countries

In the framework of sustainable development goals, this study aims to answer question how higher degree gender inequality may affect children’s health. Study findings confirm statistically significant associations (P-value <0.001) between Gender Inequality Index (GII), and It reveals that more than 33% variation in immunization rate children under age five is explained by genders. This relatively for other studied variables. For example, 76% prevalence anaemia genders, almost 75% 80% crude birth neonatal mortality rate, respectively, are We further impact gross domestic product (GDP) per capita, as an index national wealth, on GII.
